Precise Projects completed a number of projects from November 2019 and were completed in March 2021, a total of just 16 months from start to finish and I am one extremely happy customer.

November 2019: Removed asbestos roof sheets from my house and replace them with Colourbond sheeting.

May 2020: Cleared the recently purchased overgrown laneway behind my property, removed the top 100mm of weed infested soil and replaced it with new clean soil. Installed a new 2.1m high corrugated iron fence along the laneway boundary, installed new gates to access the rear of my property and removed and disposed of the old rear fence.

September 2020: Demolished the old 3m wide skillion patio roof at the rear of my house and supplied and erected a new 12m x 8m gable roof patio with 3m eve height.

October 2020: Erected a new 6m x 8m gable roof carport in front of my existing shed.

March 2021: Completed a full landscape job on my back yard, including a road base driveway, trenched and laid stormwater pipes for rainwater collection and reticulation for the entire yard, levelled and top dressed the yard and laid new roll on turf. Fraser also installed and connected 2 x 9,00ltr rainwater tanks, installed a new pressure pump to supply rainwater to the reticulation system and installed a reticulation controller and 25 pop-up Comment end sprinklers.

Along with all the above, Fraser liaised with and co-ordinated the other trades, including concreters and plumbers to make sure the job process
